What were you doing before you signed up to our course?

I was working as a help desk Team Coordinator and Computer Technician in a public service company, until, due to bad operations at the Madrid plant, the company stopped paying and ended up closing.

What motivated you to take the course?

I thought that after so many years without the company offering us training, it would be interesting to return to the job market. I therefore needed to update my knowledge as in the tech and ICT sector it is imperative to be up to date.

What was the most difficult thing you found on the course?

At the beginning you need to get used to the methodology, so after a few days it gets easier and everything makes sense.

Do you think our methodology works?

Personally, for me it worked very well and obviously for that reason I would recommend it.

Why might you recommend Ubiqum?

I recommend Ubiqum, because of the content, the help of the mentors, the contact with companies, the help I received to improve my professional profile and the interviews organised with those companies hiring.

What advice would you give to someone that's considering changing their career?

Every change is an adaptation to the new, and involves effort to learn and improve. Those people who want to make a professional change voluntarily or who is employed, do not be afraid. Be positive, move fast, look for training courses, send CVs out, use social networks and contacts to find new opportunities. Always strive for your goals and never stop. It must be a moment that you face with motivation and you will gain new skills.

To finish, how would you describe your experience in Ubiqum?

It has been four months of intense work, but with good colleagues, mentors who worked hard to make us understand everything and in a very pleasant co-working environment where we were always pleasantly surprised. Also the coaching sessions have been very interesting.
